Sailor Saturn, also known as Tomoe Hotaru, from the Sailor Moon series

Back in the days of old school Toonami, Sailor Moon was my favorite cartoon. I remember that after a few seasons, the show took a long break, leaving off a bit abruptly. The 3 remaining Outer Sailor Senshi were teased, but hadn't yet made an appearance. When it came back, I was thrilled to see the new characters, particularly the harbinger of death, Sailor Saturn.

Unfortunately, Saturn wasn't a big player in the series. She showed up in only a couple of episodes, which was unfortunate, considering how powerful she was.
